Description
1.6 Common Rail TDI Garrett Turbo Upgrade
This is a bolt on turbo upgrade that is capable of 165hp - 175hp. This will be plug and play for all the 1.6 TDi Common Rail Engines with Garrett and KKK Turbochargers found in the VW Polo, Golf Mk6, Seat Ibiza, Audi A3 etc
Please Note:
Models with the Garrett Turbocharger will require the actuator swapping from your stock turbo
If you do not wish to swap the actuator you can purchase the correct actuator here.
Models with the KKK Turbocharger will use the actuator supplied on the turbo along with a supplied oil return pipe
A custom re-map will be required immediately after fitting, this is not an upgrade that should be used without tuning the ECU to suit
This turbo is capable of 165hp - 175hp smoke free so a perfect compliment to our other products, such as DPF Delete Pipes and Intercooler Kits. A dyno graph from a customer in Denmark is above
