1.9 TDI 8v PD105 BLS / BRM & 2.0 TDi PD140 BMM 200bhp, 220bhp OR 240bhp Turbo Upgrade

This is a bolt on turbo upgrade that is capable of 170bhp on stock injectors and 200bhp / 220bhp / 240bhp when the injectors are upgraded to PD150 items or larger.

This will be plug and play for all Top Mount Turbo 1.9 8v Engines

A custom re-map will be required immediately after fitting, this is not an upgrade that can be used without alterations to the ECU

On the US Spec BRM Engines the 'Smart Actuator' must be deleted as this is a common failure

1x Genuine VW V-Band Clamp
1x Genuine VW V-Band Gasket
3 BAR MAP Sensor with 200bhp Kit
4 BAR MAP Sensor with 220bhp & 240bhp Kit

We also offer an injector upgrade as the stock BLS Injectors are only good for around 160 - 170hp. PD150 Injectors can be found here:
