This service is to custom hand port a 1.6 / 2.0 TDI 16v Common Rail Cylinder Head. We can supply new or used cylinder heads or your original cylinder head can be sent to us for this service
Essential upgrade to achieve a genuine 280 + BHP on the Mk6 Platform 2.0 16v engines and 260 + BHP on the Mk7 Platform 2.0 16v engines
Please choose from the options:
- Seats Cut For Standard Valves - This allows use of stock valves
- Cut Seats for oversize valves - This allows the use of our oversize valves
- Send Head for Porting
Please send us your cylinder head with a copy of your invoice for us to carry out this service - Purchase Used Head (+£400)
We will supply a used cylinder head that we will use to carry out this service - Purchase New AMC Head - See Listing **IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**
