Darkside 1.6 & 2.0 Common Rail EGR Blanking Kit and EGR Cooler Delete
This will only fit the 1.6 & 2.0 TDi Common Rail Engines with the OVAL Exhaust Ports - THIS KIT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE CJAA US SPEC VEHICLES This kit replaces the EGR Cooler and blanks off the Turbo EGR Port and EGR Valve Port whilst retaining the ASV so the engine still remains smooth when switching off the ignitionPlease Note: Once the valve is either removed or blanked off the vehicles ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emissions workshop light to appear on the dashboard
We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECUThis Kit Consists Of:
Darkside Developments Coolant Pipe2 x Jubilee Clamps for Coolant Hoses
Darkside EGR Blanking Plate (for EGR Valve)
Small EGR Blanking Plate (for Turbo EGR Port)
Small EGR Blanking Plate Gasket (for Turbo EGR Port)
2x M8 Nuts (for Turbo EGR Port)
2x M6 Bolts
