Darkside 1.9 TDI US Spec BEW EGR Delete / Inlet Manifold
The BEW is a tricky one to remove the EGR as the Manifold has an integrated Swirl Flap. Because of this we offer a range of EGR Delete options for this model@
Option 1 consists of the following:
Genuine Used Cleaned PD150 Inlet Manifold + Bolts and Gasket
Darkside Developments 51mm EGR Delete Race Pipe Kit
(This option removes the ASV)
Option 2 consists of the following:
Genuine Used Cleaned PD150 Inlet Manifold + Bolts and Gasket
Darkside Developments Double Flange EGR Delete Race Pipe Kit
(This option retains the ASV)

This option retains the EGR Valve, Cooler + ASV but blanks off the exhaust gases

Please Note: Once the valve is either removed or blanked off the vehicles ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emissions workshop light to appear on the dash board. We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECU.
