Darkside 57mm EGR Delete / Race Pipe for BRM Intake Manifold
EGR Delete Pipe Kit suitable for US Spec 1.9 8v VE & PD Engines with BRM Intake ManifoldThis kit was developed solely to be used with the 1.9 TDI VE engines when fitted with the BRM Intake Manifold
PLEASE NOTE - When fitting this 57mm Race Pipe on the VE & PD engines with the BRM intake manifold, custom pipework WILL be required
Race Pipe Dimensions:
Outer Diameter - 57mm
Inner Diameter - 49mm
Pipe Length (including flange) - 110mm
Pipe Length (excluding flange) - 100mm
Please Note:
Custom Pipework will be required
Grub Screw Design:
Our unique Grub Screw design allows for the neatest possible install, removing the bulky brass fitting found on other EGR Delete Kits. The tiny hole also eliminates the need to fit an 'in-line' reducer to stop the boost gauge from fluttering under heavy load. The design also means that customers who will not be using the boost takeoff will have a clean looking install

1x Darkside Developments Billet Alloy EGR Delete1x Large EGR Blanking Plate
1x Medium EGR Blanking Plate
2x EGR Gaskets
1x Rubber O-Ring
2x Nuts
3x Bolts
1x Vented Grub Screw (suitable for running boost gauge)
1x Grub Screw (to blank tapped hole if not running boost gauge)
2x T-Bolt Clamps (54-62mm & 60-68mm)
Please Note - Once the valve is either removed or blanked off the vehicles ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emmisions workshop light to appear on the dash board. We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECU
