This kit consists of:
Darkside G60 Single Mass Flywheel
Sachs 228mm Organic Clutch Disc
Sachs Pressure Plate
Release Bearing
Flywheel and Pressure Plate Bolts
Alignment Tool
The Solid Flywheel Kits are a conversion for the 1.6 TDI Engines to remove the OEM Dual Mass Flywheel when running increased power
The Clutch Kit is rated to 300Ft/Lbs (410Nm) with a stock pedal feel and bite
Using the Sachs Race Pressure Plate this will handle another 50Ft/Lbs (470Nm)
Please note - there may be some slight noise or vibration with this kit on the Common Rail Engine, but this will be minimal compared to other Solid Flywheel Conversions
This will fit all vehicles with the following Engine Codes:
VW Polo - CAYA 75, CAYB 90, CAYC / CLNA 105
Seat Ibiza - CAYB 90, CAYC / CLNA 105
Skoda Fabia - CAYB 90, CAYC / CLNA 105
