Fits ALL VW / Audi / Seat and Skoda 1.6 TDI 5 Speed Vehicles
- Will handle more power
- Prevents clutch disk from slipping
- More reliable over standard DMF
- Rated to 300Ft/Lbs+ for the Organic Disc
This kit consists of:
Darkside CNC Machined Single Mass Flywheel
Sachs 228mm Organic Clutch Disc
Sachs Pressure Plate
Release Bearing
Flywheel and Pressure Plate Bolts
Alignment Tool
The Solid Flywheel Kits are a conversion for the 1.6 TDI & 2.0 TDI 5 Speed Models to remove the OEM Dual Mass Flywheel when running increased power
The Clutch Kit is rated to 300Ft/Lbs (410Nm) with a stock pedal feel and bite
Using the Sachs Race Pressure Plate this will handle another 50Ft/Lbs (470Nm)
Please note - there may be some slight noise or vibration with this kit on the Common Rail Engine, but this will be minimal compared to other Solid Flywheel Conversions
