Upgraded Darkside Single Pass Intercooler for PD130 ASZ Mk4 Golf and Bora

The Single Pass intercooler kit replaces the stock plastic pipe work and unnecessary joints that can cause boost leaks. The end tanks of the Intercooler are also Alloy so will also hold a higher level of boost, the thicker core offers vastly improved cooling capacity.

The Welded Alloy Pipes are 51mm and are a direct fit to the stock plastic pipes, Alloy pipes are much more hard wearing than the plastic pipes which are known to become brittle and crack.

Fitting this Single Pass kit over our twin pass kit means that trimming and cutting of the front bumper is required to make this fit. Also the front fog lights will have to be removed.

PLEASE NOTE CUTTING REQUIRED:

In order to install this kit you will need to heavily modify the front bumper to allow for the single pass intercooler to clear. You will also need to remove the front fog lights in order for the pipework to fit.

EGR and Turbo Options:

We have options to run our 51 or 57mm EGR delete and also retain the EGR, to retain this we supply a custom clip connector. We also supply a clip connector if you have the stock turbo.

Darkside 230mm Single pass intercooler (560mm x 230mm x 65mm and the overall length is 690mm)
Alloy Pipe Kit with MAP Sensor Boss
Darkside 3 Ply Silicone Hoses (Choice of 12 Colours)
CNC Machined Turbo Clip Adapter (Optional)
Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamps
