HALDEX Generation 2 / Gen2Pre Charge Pump

Replacement Borgwarner HALDEX Pre Charge Pump for VAG 2nd Generation Models

This is the most common fault with Generation 4 Haldex units. The filter (a non serviceable part according to VW/Audi) clogs up and burns the pump out. Although the pump may power up, when testing, if the pump does not measure around 5 to 9 ohms the unit has failed.

Although the filter is not available from VW/Audi we have these listed at the bottom of this listing. We recommend changing the filter at 40K mile intervals which is the service internal time for Haldex Oil to prevent any pump failures.
