Hard Pipework Kit for 1.6 / 2.0 TDI Common Rail Engines

Fits ALL Mk6 Golf Platform vehicles with the 1.6 / 2.0 TDi Engine and Manual Transmission

This Intercooler Kit replaces the standard rubber and plastic hoses with the clip connectors that can cause boost leaks. The Alloy Pipe Kit eliminates most of these problematic connectors

There are a number of different options available with this kit, dependent on your Turbo and Intercooler setup. Please select the options above to get the final price for your kit

THIS KIT WILL NOT FIT VEHICLES WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

Turbo Options:

Standard / Hybrid Turbo - Supplied with a 45 Degree Silicone Hose

GTB Turbo Kit - Supplied with a 90 Degree Silicone Hose

Intercooler Options:

Standard Intercooler / S3 Intercooler - Supplied with 2x 57mm Silicone Hoses

Darkside S3 Intercooler - Supplied with 2x 57mm to 70mm Silicone Hoses

If you decide to upgrade from the Standard Intercooler to the Darkside S3 Intercooler at a later date, the kit is exactly the same, you would just need 2 x 57mm to 70mm Silicone Hoses
Swapping from the Stock/Hybrid Turbocharger to our GTB Turbo Kit, you would need a 90 Silicone Hose instead of the 45 Degree Hose

North American Spec CR Engines (Below) - The kit does NOT Fit with the Stock CR140 FMIC due to the Clip Adapter Design but can be fitted with the S3 or Darkside S3 Intercooler:

All the silicones included in the kit may require slight Trimming to suit your set up, These are left long to take in to consideration tolerances between cars

We now offer a range of Silicone Colours - Black Silicones are in stock where as the other colours are special order and may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch
