Head Studs 2.0 16v TDI Engines
Custom Made Stud and Nut Kit for PD & PPD Engines
The Studs exceed 160,000psi Yield
Normal PD Head Bolts are 10.9 Grade (136,000psi), PD150/PD160 use 12.9 Grade (160,000psi)
They can be fitted without removing the head (doing one at a time)
This kit consists of:
10 x Custom Studs
10 x ARP Nuts
10 x M10 Nuts
5 x Washers
Installation Nut and Bolt
ARP Installation Grease
Normal installation torque is 120Nm
These will fit cars with the following engine codes:
