These are additional air springs that support the factory installed steel suspension by the use of air

When weight is added to the vehicle, the Air Springs / Air Bags become an active part of the suspension system, helping the original springs to do their job

The air pressure can be manually or automatically adapted to individual needs in a very quick way with optional extras / kit additions. With these you can choose from a more affordable 'Manual' option or opt for a more easy to use control system with air compressor and gauges

If carrying a lot of weight without such a kit the original suspension stiffens with load, comfort decreases and the stress on the vehicle, the driver and the load increases a great amount. With this Rear Axle Air Suspension Kit, the vehicle is easier to handle than before, while the comfort and driving safety remain high

MAIN AIR BAG KIT - MANUAL INFLATION

Main Air Bag / Spring Kit. Comes with 2x Air Springs & all Fittings and Lines to mount to the Vehicle
You can manually inflate these Air Bags with an External Air Line through the Schrader Valves that are on the Bags / Springs themselves

COMPRESSOR AND SINGLE GAUGE KIT

Supplied with an Air Compressor and Single Analogue Gauge. This Kit allows you to Inflate and Deflate the Rear Springs at the Same Time ONLY.
This System is the quick and convenient way to inflate and deflate your vehicles air springs while on the go
With the touch of a button, control the pressure in your air springs . This is extremely convenient for changes in load or road conditions.
The gauge mounts in your vehicles cab and operates regardless of whether you are parked up or on the road.
The user-friendly gauge has an easy-to-use Inflate and Deflate button to let you quickly inflate or deflate your vehicles air spring pressure.

COMPRESSOR AND REMOTE BLUETOOTH GAUGE KIT

Supplied with an Air Compressor and Digital Bluetooth Gauge, showing you the Air Pressure in Each Individual Spring / Bag
The Bluetooth Gauge simply plugs into your vehicles 12v socket and displays the pressure of each Bag / Spring on the Gauge
With the touch of a button(s), control the pressure in each of your air springs independently. This is convenient for changes in load or road conditions

COMPRESSOR AND DOUBLE GAUGE KIT

Supplied with an Air Compressor and Double Analogue Gauge.
This Kit allows you to Inflate and Deflate the Rear Springs Independently, making it extremely convenient for changes in load or road conditions.
The Air Compressor System provides a separate path of airflow to each of your vehicles air springs. This means your left and right air springs inflate and deflate independently. This is most useful to level off-centre loads.

REMOTE SELF-CONTAINED LEVELLING KIT

This Option requires no input from the Driver whatsoever.
Supplied with an Air Compressor complete with ECU Assembly, Height Sensor, Wiring Harness and Valve Manifold
This Kit will maintain / adjust the height relevant to how much weight is applied to the Truck, through communication with a height sensor that is fitted upon installation

Vehicle Chassis Options:

There are 3 different kits available depending on what wheelbase and van type you have. Please see below.

FWD & RWD Panel Van with Over Hang 1.3m or Less

This is for front wheel drive and rear wheel drive panel vans with LESS THAN 1.3 meter overhang after the rear axle.

RWD & 4WD Panel Van with Over Hang Over 1.3m

This is for rear wheel drive and four wheel drive panel vans with MORE THAN 1.3 meter overhang after the rear axle.

FWD Panel Van with over 1.3m Over Hand and ALL FWD Chassis Cab

This is for front wheel drive panel vans with MORE THAN 1.3 meter overhang after the rear axle & ALL FWD Chassis Cab
