This upgraded injector fits both 1.9 & 2.0 8v PD TDI engines, the upgrade nozzles offer more fuel delivery therefore increase power and torque.

Genuine Firad nozzles which are made in Italy are fitted by a injector specialist here in the UK, the injectors also come with fresh seals fitted.

We use good used Bosch injector cores which are tested against a strict Bosch test plan and are also ultrasonic cleaned by a Bosch verified diesel specialist here in the UK.

Digital calibration is then carried out to the most extreme accuracy meaning these injectors will drive like stock with regards to white smoke and economy.

Power Figures:

Stock PD150 / PD130 Injectors flow enough fuel for around 230bhp safely, below are the power figures achievable safely with these Nozzles:

Firad +50% - 260bhp

Firad +80% - 300bhp

Firad +100% - 315bhp

Firad +120% - 330bhp

Firad +160% - 350+bhp

PD Engines require an upgraded Camshaft or Headwork to exceed 260-270hp in most cases. When fitting these injectors, the ECU software will need to be re-calibrated when fitting these injectors.

Old Core Surcharge:

These are sold on an Exchange Basis. We require a set of good condition BOSCH Injectors in return. If you require these Injectors before you can remove your standard units, there will be a surcharge of £200 + VAT applied, which we refund upon receipt of your core Injectors. Injector Cores must be returned within 60 days for a refund of the core charge. Before we refund the Core Surcharge the Injectors you send will be tested, if the injectors are faulty you will not be entitled to a refund. If you wish to have the injectors you sent back, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs

Core Options:

"Pay Core Surcharge" - Pay for Darkside Developments to supply, test and modify 4x Bosch PD injectors.

"Send Injectors for Modifying" - Send Darkside Developments your original injectors to be tested, cleaned and modified.
