Complete Solenoid Injector Upgrade Kit for BMW N47 / N47N Engines

The Stock Solenoid Injectors on the N47 / N47N Engines are only rated to 1600 BAR and aer Very Small. On our Dyno we struggled to See Figures over 200BHP from them. Also, being fitted in Cars that are 10+ Years Old, they are a little towards the tired side.
With the stock pump fitted and these upgraded injectors you will be able to run between 1750 BAR & 1850 BAR, when fitted with the pump upgrade you will be able to run between 2150 BAR & 2250 BAR

This direct replacement Injector upgrade allows you to run higher rail pressure without the risk of leakback. They are also much larger so duration can be reduced to maintain safe EGTs

Full Calibration Table is included to aid with custom tuning.

These injectors were tested on a 118d with our GTB2260VK Turbo Kit and Standard Fuel Pump, plus a few other supporting mods, and the car produced around 250 BHP.
We then proceeded to fit our N47 Fuel Pump Upgrade Kit and it is now running over 270 BHP, see link to upgraded fuel pump below in this listing.

Injector Options:

New - These Injectors are Brand New Bosch Units
Used Tested - Although these are used injectors they have been fully tested and are in good working order
Used - These are Used Units removed from running engines, however, they have not been tested. These are purchased at the buyers own risk.

Please Note:

When ordering the NEW Injectors for 'Standard Fuel Pump' 4x Brand New Injector Rail Pipes will be included in this kit

When ordering the USED Injectors for 'Standard Fuel Pump' 4x USED Injector Rail Pipes will be included in this kit

When ordering these injectors for 'Upgraded Fuel Pump' you will receive only the injectors, bolts and leak off fittings. This is because the Fuel Rail Pipes that are required are included in the Upgraded Fuel Pump Kit

Once these injectors have been fitted, they will need coding and the vehicles software will need tuning to suit
