UniClutch formed in Austrlia is an up and coming company in the motor industry which offers something not seen before. This Twin Disc Clutch Kit can be fitted to various applications when paired with the correct fitting kit.     UniClutch:

    This Clutch is the perfect choice for those with a daily driver who enjoys a spirited drive, you will notice a similar clutch pedal feel and increased drivability. Ultimately this is the perfect upgrade to surpass the stock clutch limitations and improve performance.

    UniClutch Sport:

    If you are looking for a more sportier drive, this clutch is for you. Offering a much firmer sporty clutch pedal and increased clamping force, this clutch will exceed performance over the stock clutch perfect for fast road and street use.

    UniClutch Track:

    Finally, UniClutch Track is the be all or end all of the range. This clutch is dedicated to enthusiasts running heavily modified setups or even race cars! This clutch covers it all, there's no reason why this can't be used for a daily road car that occasionally burns rubber on the track. UniClutch have designed this model to handle everything you throw at it.


    Installation:

    1. Firstly you will need to select your desired Clutch (See options above)

    2. It is recommended that you carry out a pre-work check before installation, such as:

    • Is the hydraulic system properly functioning?
    • When the old clutch is being removed are there oil leaks and any signs of red dust?
    • Are cracks on the clutch release fork or excessive pivot ball wear?
    • Are there any stretch signs on the clutch cable?
    • Any wearing on release bearing guide tube?
    • Anything wrong with the spigot bearing or the pilot brush?
    • Any shipping damage on the clutch?
    • Clean the gearbox main drive shaft splines and ensure that the clutch disc slides freely on the shaft.
    • Clean the bell housing: degrease, dust off and remove worn clutch fibres.
    • LIGHTLY grease the shaft splines with high temperature grease. Using too much grease may contaminate the clutch plate/disc.

    3. Now it's time to choose the correct spline (supplied with the fitting kit) for your vehicle. This can be done by test fitting the splines supplied with the fitting kit over the input shaft.

    3b. Once the correct spline has been found, this is then easily inserted into the UniClutch and locked into position with a Circlip.

    4. Finally the Clutch can be mounted to your flywheel using the supplied bolts and spacers, the bolts will require Loctite and torqued to 22 Ft lbs / 30 Nm


    OE Flywheel:

    This UniClutch is designed to work with your OE Flywheel, if you require a new flywheel please contact us.
