US Spec CATA EGR and Cooler Delete for 3.0 TDI Engines

Removes problematic EGR Valve and EGR Cooler on US SPEC 3.0 TDI CATA Engines

Please Note: Once blanked off the vehicles ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emissions workshop light to appear on the dashboard. We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECU.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MAY REQUIRE SOME UNIVERSAL HEATER HOSE AND JUBILEE CLAMPS TO MERGE THE COOLANT LINES (PRODUCT LINKS BELOW)

This Kit Consists of:

2x EGR Blanking Plates
2x EGR Pipe / Blank Gaskets
4x Bolts
1x Male Fitting to Hose Tail
1x Coolant hose Y Piece With Thermostat

You may also require some hose and clamps to connect the EGR Cooler lines, these can be found below:
