Cast Manifold for 2.5 TDi 5 Cylinder PD Engines with Standard Turbo and Automatic Gearbox
Replacement Manifold for 5 Cylinder VW Touareg (Auto)
This Cast Iron Manifold is a direct replacement for the standard Manifold found on the VW Touareg 2.5 TDi PD163 and PD174 Engines with the Automatic Gearbox
The common problem with the standard OEM manifold is that the pressed steel is prone for cracking around the welds, usually on Cylinder 5. Please see all our photos for examples of the damage
The standard replacement Manifold (which will crack again) costs £370 + VAT from VW. This is for the Bare Manifold, so the Gaskets, Nuts and Studs would need to be purchased separately
Please note that this Manifold only works the standard OEM Turbo or Hybrids based on that

1 x Exhaust Manifold Gasket
1 x Turbo to Engine Sealing Gasket
4 x M8 Bolts - Bolt Turbo to Manifold
4 x M8 Nuts - for Turbo to Manifold
10 x M8x20mm Studs
10 x M8x12mm Exhaust Nuts
