Reading Actuator Voltage MK7 Turbo Upgrade
When ordering our MK7 Turbo upgrade we require the stock actuator voltage so we can set up the correct actuator before dispatching.
Following the below guide using VCDS to let us know the actuator voltage of your vehicle:
Step 1:
Plug in the VCDS cable and open VCDS software
> Select Control Module
Step 2:
> 01-Engine
Step 3:
> Adv. Meas. Values
Step 4
Type 'Actuator' in the search bar
> Tick - Turbine actuator 1 bank 1: posit.feedback Uncnd vlt
Note the Actual reading (e.g. 3440.0mV)
Step 5:
Start engine and let idle.
Note the Actual reading (e.g. 425.6 mV)

Regular Voltage - Engine Off = ~3440.0 mV / Engine On = ~425.6 mV
Reverse Voltage - Engine Off = ~425.6 mV / Engine On = ~3440.0 mV
